New rear main seal...What else?

I'm finally fixing the leaking RMS on my '90 2wd 3.0 pickup. I've never removed the tranny before and I don't want to do again anytime soon. What items should I replace while I'm there?

The clutch has 60K miles and feels fine, but I'm thinking about replacing it anyway. Is this dumb? Can I tell by inspecting the current clutch how much life it has left?

Also considering pilot and throwout bearing, and possibly tranny output shaft seal (seems to be leaking).

I like doing my own work, but I don't do it enough to really know what I'm doing, so I value any thoughts on this. Thanks.

might as well replace the rear main engine seal, the input shaft bearing, the clutch assembly,(clutch, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, etc) and the front tranny seal. might as well since ur under there

I don't know if I'd do the clutch, but thats just personal preference. It wouldn't hurt to do the clutch. The other thing I'd do would be the front seal in the tranny. I'd also do a new throwout bearing cause mine's shot.
