i got my 4runner about 2 months ago. less than a week ago the the head gaskets went so its been sitting in my driveway. tired to move it one day so i turned it on and all the lights came on and then tired started it and it wouldn't turn all way and it made a clunk noise and turned it to the off position and made another clunk. and ideas?

 

Bet you had enough water/coolant in engine that it bend/broke something.

Why would you start an engine that you know had a blown headgasket?

 

idk cause it just blew and i was trying to just move it forward and it wasn't sitting there for more than a day when i tried to start it

 

should have pushed it.

i no i screwed up but it doesn't matter cause all of the coolant still would had gotten in the block right?

 

pull the spark plugs then crank it over.. hopefully you didn't do any other damage
