Gas Mileage ?

Hi,

I have a 1986 Pickup with a 22r. It's stock with 31x10.50's, I just did a tune up(new cap,rotor,wires,plugs,air and fuel filter, and changed the oil)

My question is what sort of mileage do you get outta these things?

As of now i'm getting 14mpg and it just doesn't seem right, Also when I drive it for a while like more than 10 mins it seems to have a hard time starting.
