Didn't know that honda's came with T3/T4s.
The T3 and T3/T4 can be adapted to the 22RTE, yes. Just remember that the CT20 (stock turbo) is a low flow, low boost turbo.
The T3 turbo is efficient at about 10-18 psi (roughly) at anywhere from 150-300hp.
T3/T4 supports even more power.
Don't put a big turbo on a motor that's running low boost and can't take the air flow...
A small to medium T3 works well on these trucks.
