99 4runner Limited, what does this mean
what does this mean, and how do you use it ?
about the Auto-Climate control display, there is this factoid:
"
The self-diagnosis system used can be controlled and displayed on the heater control panel. The basic construction and operation are the same as in the 1999 Camry Solara.
"
What is this ? some type of OBD or ECU display capability ?
or is it just a self diagnosis of the A/C system itself ?
EDIT: I figured it out. it runs a batch of diagnostics on the climate
control and can return trouble codes too.I sat there while it went
through fan speeds and servo switching. kinda cool. kinda boring too.
