auto 3.0 to manual 3.0?

auto 3.0 to manual 3.0?
Is the crank the same on an automatic 3.0 vs a manual 3.0? Need to swap my buddies manual 3.0 but i found a good one behind an auto. Can i just install a pilot bushing in the crank and be done with it like most other vehicles? Thanks, Brian
