02 2wd 4runner v6.

I am having weird noises that seem kind of hard to locate. They happen randomly, I havent seen them being linked to anything (braking, certain speeds, accelerating, etc...) I have a feeling it is something HVAC related because it sounds like flaps opening and closing at some times.

It sounds like it is coming from the passenger side dash, or the center console, and some times near the defrosters.

When it comes from the defrosters, it sounds like flaps are opening... maybe its just noisy when it does that, but it never happens from me changing a setting on the heat/ a/c panel.

At other times, there are these weird noises that sound like power seats, or the steering motors on an r/c car. They only last a second or two and then go away. But I cant seem to figure out what they are. But they are getting REALLY annoying. Anyone have any ideas?
