2000 Tacoma w/2.7 - throttle body spacer

Does the Helix throttle body spacer improve mileage? How about power?

I had one on my other 3.4 and I honestly didnt feel or notice anything different. Save your money and buy headers or a s/c if you are looking for more power

It might help a little. Maybe an extra 1-2 HP, and about 20 more miles per tank.

Newer Toyota engines are direct port injection meaning the air and fuel never meet until they are in the cylinder head thus negating any effect the TBS has period.

It just simply doesn't work.
