Is there an IAC on the 3.0?

I have been reading about cleaning the IAC, and thought I would do that on my 3.0. Went to the dealer so I could buy the gasket, but they could not find it. I have been searching online and cannot seem to find it anywhere. Does the 3.0 have an IAC?? And if it does, can anyone give me the part number or a link to one online.

Thanks-

Its part of the throttle body. There is a piece of it you can remove but you cant change the whole thing out like on a 5VZ

the 3VZE does not have an Idle Air Control (IAC) valve. It has an auxillary Air Valve.

The Auxillary Air Valve is attached to the bottom of the throttle and operates much like a theromstat (except backwards) You can try cleaning it if it is sticking.

Ok, yeah I was confused. Someone suggested that to me, and so I searched searched and found a great write up on taking it off and cleaning it--- it said it was directions for the 3VZ-FE, but on looking closer today after talking to the dealership, I noticed that it is not the same engine that I have! Ha, it's pretty obvious it is not the 3.0, but I just looked quickly the other day at the part about taking the iac apart and thought--hey this a great write up, I will try it.
But...they just labeled it wrong. If anyone needs a great write up on how to clean it, here is the one I am referring too. It is really good with pictures.

WRITE UP

So-- just take the throttle body off and try to clean the auxiliary valve out a bit? Any hints or no-no's?

This thread would have been nice to have before I took off the throttle body on my '94 truck to look for the IAC valve. Guess I learned the hard way......

The 3VZ-FE is in the Camrys and they have a stepper motor IAC.

What's wrong that makes you think you need to clean your auxillary air valve?
