Where can I find a rear bumper cover?!?!

Where can I find a rear bumper cover?!?!
Hey everyone,
I have a 99 Tacoma V6 3.4...all the goodies. I hate the plastic bumper covers on my rear bumper though! They won't stay snapped down onto the chrome bumper in the center (right above the license plate) and every time I drop the tailgate it scratches my paint!
I've looked all over for some sort of replacement or even just a new one as it may snap in place like it's supposed to but I've had no luck.
Can anyone tell me where I can get a set of these covers, or something else that is better, for my truck?
