1984 toyota 2wd oil pan!!

how do i get the oil pan off?? theres a square bar and somekinda connecting rod under the pan how do i go about taking these off? my timing guides got chewed up and i want to clean the pan out. thanks

From: Sweet Home, OR
First, disconnect the idler arm and pitman arm and let the steering hang down. Then remove the crossmember (Square Bar). Be sure to put the vehicle on stands when doing this.
