Fuel Leak ... need help quick

Hey guys, I'm kinda in a jam here. I've got a drip of fuel on the passenger side of my motor, comes from closer to the firewall on a 3.0, anyone know if there's rubber lines there that could be my problem? I can't really get a good look to see where it's coming from, and being it's -30 out today, I don't really wanna pull stuff apart.... and did I mention it won't start and my grandmother has a surgery I need to take her to later this afternoon?

Sorry for the lateness - hope you were able to make other arrangements and the surgery went well.
As for the fuel lines (working from the files in my oft-damaged brain) - coming up from under the truck, along the passenger side firewall, you'll find the steel fuel lines from the tank. One is the vapor line and goes to the charcoal cannister. The other two are the main fuel lines and will connect to rubber lines that snake up under the Air Intake Chamber. One is the full-time fuel supply, the other is the supply for the cold-start injector. These are the most likely sources for leaks, especially when the rubber is 19 years old and it's -30 (was the F or C?). Tip for replacement - find someplace warm (duh!), make sure the new hoses are warm and soft & keep them under your jacket or someplace else warm until you are ready to put them on, recheck your clamps once the engine is running and warm.
