rear door not auto closing all the way

rear door not auto closing all the way
i have a 2005 4 runner limited. i just noticed that when i put the rear door down to close, it does not auto shut all the way. usually you will hear the motor close it and pull it shut all the way. it will close but i can hear the motor only closing it a fraction of the way. can anybody help???
