Stripped Exhaust Bolts

Ran into a snag with my engine removal, I stripped an exhaust nut (on the manifold) and can't get it off. Tried an EZ out, tried liquid wrench, tried WD-40, tried heating it with a torch, tried smacking it with a hammer, not such luck. Any ideas???

i have used this with decent success

if it is too far gone,
you may have to drill it out and retap it. if you have to, make sure it is straight

Any spots you can file straight? Then a 6 point box wrench with heat or impact wrench.

Cut the nut off with a cutting wheel, remove the manifold, then replace the stud.

Either torch the nut off or use a cutoff wheel.
Both ways you'll need to replace the stud anyway.
