22re - Nippon head reviews/Cam suggestions

Anyone heard anything about these? http://cgi.ebay.com/22RE-22R-NEW-TOY...sid=p1638.m118

Says "These heads have been improved over OEM Toyota heads in both Materials and Casting procedures.

The cooling passages have been re-engineered to carry more heat away from the clylinders.

The intake and exhaust ports have been smoothed to allow for better air flow, resuilting in more horsepower and better fuel efficiency"

If I order one, I can either put my old stock cam back in or go with an upgrade. Any suggestions on a cam?

Haven't really heard of 'em. I don't think there's much that could go wrong with a head though. I'd worry more about the valves. What are your plans with those? Are your rockers in good condition? You could probably keep your original cam. Did it over heat? I have the engnblr 268 cam in my truck. It was $100 well spent.
