Jackson Gulch to Araz Wash... Again!
OK. Here's your second chance to run a cool ass trail in Yuma, AZ.
When: December 29, 2007
Where: Yuma, AZ
Meeting Time: 9:00AM We will start towards the trailhead at 9:30.
Meeting Place: Yuma West Wetlands Park (32.7287°N 114.6345°W)
Contact: yuma4wheelers@msn.com
Requirements: Clearance is a must! Lockers and low gears are a huge help.
Trail Description: This trail is about as tough as any street legal rig can handle. There are some great challenges with great scenery. There's no by-passes on this trail. There's a possibility of a roll-over and body damage. Clearance is the issue. If you ever wanted to try something less than "Extreme" and feel like you were really 4-Wheeling, this is the trail!
The trail is about 5 miles long and it challenges you about 85% of the time. Average speed will be about 1 miles per hour. It takes about 5 hours to go 5 miles.
