The oil filter that came on my 4.0 V6 is a 909215-20004.
After doing some research I found out that it is a Lexus
filter and is superior to the 08922-2011 that the dealer
claims is the same thing.
Anybody know a good place online that I can order this
filter.
If it came on my 4Runner that is what I want to stay with.

2003 SR5 V6 4Runner

 

OK, Anybody with the new V6 what filter do you use?

 

My Toyota dealer did my first oil change and used the 90XXX filter. Since I didn't know there were multiple filters, I didn't specify it. It has Toyota printed on it, not Lexus.
