Non-op Windshield Washer?

Truck: 85 Xtra Cab
I've got a res. full of fluid, and the button seems to work (dash lights dim slightly like when you turn the heater fan or lights on). All the connections are good from what I can see. Any ideas from people that have dealt with this?

I don't know where you live and what sort of climate you're in, but could the fluid be frozen in one of the lines? Pop the hood, find the rubber hoses going to the washer spray nozzles, and disconnect them at various places, checking to see if fluid will come out of the hose when you press the button.

Also, do you hear the washer fluid pump going when somebody presses the button while your ear is near the reservoir?

The fluid isn't frozen, temp hasn't been below freezing since the weekend, and it didn't work this summer when it never froze outside. The pump is silent, so I think it's down to a fuse or a pump at this point. I wouldn't even really care other than the state uses chemical de-icer on the road this time of year, and I have to wipe my windshield down every day after school to get the little spots or spray off so I can see.

Nozzles are clogged. Try cleaning them with a needle or something similar.

Try disconnecting the hose from the nozzle, if the hose sprays, then you've found your problem- the nozzles are clogged. If the hose doesn't spray, you've either got a blockage in the hose or you've got a faulty pump. If it's a faulty pump, test the circuit (though it sounds like it is working because your lights dim) then replace the pump. Try your local junk yard.

I know a guy for all my 'Yota part needs, I'll just ask him the next time he parts one out, he usually all but gives away the electrical stuff, since it doesn't make money on resale.
