Fender Flares/Running Board Question

I have what I believe to be stock fender flares and running boards on my '96 4x4, and I'd like to take the running boards off- but it looks like the front flare becomes part of the running board- is there an extension I can buy from the dealer to make it become a mud flap or something like that? See attached for what I am talking about. Sorry about the crappy camera phone pic!

yes you can buy extension mudflaps for the front depending where you get them. they should run you about $50.00 bucks each side.

I think partznet.com sells them for around $80

My Runner never had the Running boards

You can see the flap a little better in this pic

Call Evan at Northridge Toyota and he'll get you the best possible price. I got both of my mud guards shipped to my door and it cost less than what the local dealer was charging for just 1 of them.

Click on that link for his contact info. Give him a CALL, he'll get you taken care of right over the phone. Let him know you're a yotatech member for the discount.
