Recently my computer became pretty infected with Spyware and viruses. It is a work computer and didn't have any anti-virus or spyware removal programs on it so it was very vunerable.

It had all the usual symptoms of running slowly, popups, and not letting me do certain tasks.

I am usually pretty good at cleaning a computer up using spyware removal programs and anti-virus but this time it was more serious. There were things affecting my registry and I had never messed with this before.

Long story short I found a forum called http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums and proceeded to ask for help.

The people there are very qualified in helping you and respond to posts quickly as well. There is an option to make a donation and I am going to do so. We all know how much computer techs charge to fix a computer ($50-$100/hr) and this guy probably spent a total of 2-3hrs helping me for free and got my computer running perfectly!!
