I just took the tie rods and steering components off an '85 pickup a few days ago. I'll get a couple of pics and post 'em here. The parts looked to be in good shape.

I'm in Des Moines.

On the axle rebuild i am only going to do gaskets i think. The axle is leaking slightly on the knuckles. Doesn't the axle have 4.10's?

 

If you are going to do a gasket I suggest you order a knuckle rebuild kit. Must as well do it right the first time IMO since you have to pull everything anyway....
Should have 4.10 but you never know if someone swapped 3.90 from earlier truck or what unless you pull the pumpkin and count teeth...

 

Still looking for a passenger fender and steering components...

 

Any Black rust free passenger fender will be considered!!!!!
