from places like www.toyotapartscheap.com and www.1sttoyotaparts.com, etc....what brand of parts are they? Are they genuine Toyota parts?? There's no mention of the brand which I thought was kind of weird.

All the sites seem to point to the www.trademotion.com catalog.

Any ideas? Have your received genuine parts from these types of sites?

Are any of these sites shipping from the East Coast? I'd rather not wait too long to get the stuff.

Yep, they are genuine Toyota OEM parts. Don't know about East coast. This is one of my favorites, it's Bob Bridge Toyota:
