Reasonable Price for a used e-locker motor?

Just as the title states I'm curious as to what you guys think would be a reasonable price for an e-locker motor? I recently pulled mine apart to find it was seized and not repairable so I'm on the hunt for one and am not sure what a good price would be. What would you guys pay?

New they are over $700 from the dealer, so dont expect it to be cheap.

Damn. That's CHEAP. I'm looking for one now, and find lower than $500. With switch & harness though.
