how do I set adjustment on torsion bars?

how do I set adjustment on torsion bars?
I just put 26mm bars from downey on my 88 toyouta pickup. I also put 4 inch superlift susspection lift. How do I properly adust the torsion bars to the hight tention / ride hight?
