looked at the gear oil and has a ton of metal shavings... the truck makes a bad bearing noise in all the gears except for 4th... so im thinking maybe a countershaft bearing went bad or hopefully you guys can tell me its something super easy.

 

sounds like a countershaft bearing. unfortunately, its time for a replacement or a rebuild.
