86 Yota 22r Oil in the Carb!!!!

Just got this truck and i've been noticing a oil leak under the truck. Upon further investagating, i found that the oil and alot of pressure is coming from the rocker arm cover throuhg a pcv tube into the air cleaner. I checked the PCV valve, it checked fine but i replaced it anyways. Didn't make a difference. I talked with one guy and he said that it was blow by, meaning that i have bad piston rings. Any help would be appreciated!

I agree it could be blow by.... Do a compression check, that would be a good start.

Has it sat for a while (possible stuck ring)?
