I am from beaumont, and I recently moved to houston to go to UTI. I was getting sick of houston so i decided to hop into my camry and drove 100 miles back to beaumont to just get out of houston. So today before i left i got in my truck and just drove around.

My grandparents gave me thier camry for my second car and I had to leave my truck cause It just wouldnt hold up to houston traffic, and also 16mpg wasnt going to work! SO I got a daily driver and my truck, I didnt realize how much I would miss it and a standard transmission!! I cant wait untill I graduate and then the buildup and buildup threads are going to start!!

Are you sure thats really 16 mpg?

it should be like 19/21

 

I am sure, i did get 22 once, but never again, i ususally get 16mpg in it and a quart of oil a week, i quart and a tank in a week.

I totally can relate. When I have to work out of town I always see trails or something I would love to do in my truck. When I get back tho first thing I do is take my truck out for a boot.

 

Heck ya dude I know how it is I live in humble about 30min north from houston. Im gettin 35's to so its really gonna suck in traffic. I guess I'll have to run them over. I bought my yota from a guy in beaumont to I dont rember the exact area though.

 

killa B: I love UTI, waaayy better than wyotech, i have a freind that went to wyotech and then UTI and he said he learned more in course 1 at UTI than the whole school at Wyotech

toyotatom93: Yeah, there is a freakin offroad park where i live in houston, and nothing in beaumont where my truck is!!! Ironic dont you think!!

Yeah, I have never been there cause I dont think my camry would fair to well there, and I dont think my truck would make it on the trip there!!
