Pinion angle + Shackle angle

Whats and ideal pinion angle for the front and rear? Where do I measure off of with my gauge, The flat surface above the pinion? Im gonna run some longer shackles but dont wanna throw it off too much.

And while on the subject, whats a good shackle angle? I wanna tweak it once I get the tube deck and cage finished, right now with no load on the rear end they are around 70 degrees I believe, What I did was cut the shackle hangers off and C clamped them a little farther forward on the frame, put about 400 pounds of weight on the frame and they didn't flatten out enough to hit the frame, seem to work good but I want some input I went a little extreme on the first try and they hit the frame so I moved them back a bit. I would also like to know my options for fixing the front shackle angle, its pretty much vertical right now and the springs that are in it are staying in the truck, the shackles barley even move, they are really stiff.. you need a BFH just to move them when the springs are out, the bolts are stuck too, il have to melt the bushings out with a torch im guessing.
