Question cleaning plenum and valve cover

I was cleaning some of my engine today with Super Clean. I got some on the aluminum and it turned it to a chalky white. How can I remove/clean this (oxidation?) from these aluminum parts? Is media blasting the only way?

Yep, dumb move by me. I sprayed the top of the engine and worked my way down, guess I waited too long to remove it from the alum.
