they fit 3rd gen 96-02. my truck is a 2000 sr5. i will try to get some pics up here soon, thanks!

make sure he's selling you all the clips, all the pads can be replaced. just took the same flares off my 2000 to clean behind them and there are clips and what appears to be 3m type clear backing to protect your paint.

Also, these are the straight black flares right? Not the color matched ones you would find on the limited? Mud flaps?
