Fuel canister line?
What does the hose on the bottom of the charcoal canister go to? I'm in the middle of my SAS and I noticed that it is just hanging there, and appears to be cut (not by me). Is it just a vent?

in my 79, the cut hose was a vent...it went into the frame with a grommet
