Diving into front brakes/ hub -- insight?

I have decided to give the 4runner a little love this weekend.

The front pads are toast, one of the rotors is shredded, and the other is missing a lug. The manual hubs have been rolling for a while and I figure I'll rebuild em while I have them off.

So, I've got some new pads, drilled/slotted rotors, and I'll be getting a new stud. (Should I just replace all of them??)

I searched and keep hearing about some bearings seals to replace once I pull the hub. Can someone tell me exactly which seals I need so I can grab em while the car still has the wheels on it?!?

Also, I put some Superwich Manual Hubs on about a year and half ago and have forgotten exactly how I did it! Anybody know if I follow the same method as the Aisin hubs? Start with the 6 12mm bolts.... Also, when installing the hubs, I packed em full of grease. Put em on. Then read the directions! They said specifically do not pack with grease, but to use mineral oil. Anybody know about this? They seam to work fine.

Thanks you guys. I've been in these brakes before and am looking forward to it. Just want to make sure I do it right.

You can get an entire rebuild kit (bearings, seals, etc.) from www.MarlinCrawler.com for $39 per side. It's a great deal.
They have the rotors as well.

All I know is that manual hubs don't need to be packed with grease... there's not really that much going on inside of them. Just a light coat of grease on all the parts that touch.

Packed might have been too strong a term..... maybe let the grease flow freely was more accurate.

TN Rabbit, I couldn't find the bearings on marlincrawler's site. The "Heavy Duty Front Inner Axle Seal" is what I want?

My bad; it's WabFab, not MarlinCrawler:
http://www.wabfab.org/aisinmanualhubs/aisin.htm

Scroll down to wheel bearing kit.

Any idea'r what brand o'bearings they're offering there? I just bought some BCA (?) brand from O'Reilly in case I need them when I go to repack the bearings on my '86. In the event I think I need bearings, I'm not opposed to buying some high quality ones at that price. OR! Are the BCA (Fed Mogul) just fine?
