downey and PP rear springs 3rd gen

Do these give generally the same amount of lift? I know one is supposed to be a 1in and the other a 2in, but from reading posts they sound like they give about the same lift.

I think downey will give .5- 1 inch more than PP.
I got 1.5" out of my pp springs, but I still think Downey will lift it higher..
