Does the 95 model come with a one piece or two piece splash guard? I found a replacement here:

which part are you talking about? The fender inner liner in the front?

 

If so, thats a one piece plastic liner.

 

No the part that bolts to the steel inner fender liner that covers the gap between it and the frame . I'm looking for the one on the passenger side that covers the access to the starter. It is completely open all the way across.

 

well that should be a one piece, however, the part you found is not that part. I bet what you found is the plastic inner fender. Last time I checked, they were not available from the dealer.
