Swapping hubs question. I'm an idiot.

Swapping hubs question. I'm an idiot.
Went junkyard shopping today and snagged a couple random parts, including a set of Aisin hubs for $20. I do have a couple questions and have searched around here and a couple extra websites, and my maintenance book didn't (of course) have the most detailed parts list. So, I'm going to the Yotatech Braintrust to clarify this moron's questions. Keep in mind, this is my first 4WD vehicle, so I'm a bit green on this. I can replace wheel bearings in FWD and RWD with ease, but I want to make sure I don't fark the works up here. Thanks in advance!
1990 ADD 3.slow w/ auto trans for clarification purposes...
1. I have the hub assembly, the plates, springs, all the hardware, the hubs themselves, and the cone washers. I did not remove anything else from the vehicle as I didn't have a socket large enough to remove the massive nut that appears to hold the rest of the inner hub assembly together. The Aisin's are in really good shape, no major dings or dents, and packed well with grease. According to the guy at the yard, truck has been there about 3 weeks and came in running. At this point, all that's left are the windows and a gas tank
2. I've read that if I switched to Warn hubs, I need an adapter kit. Is this the case w/switching to OEM hubs? AFAIK from my digging, I can just swap the ADD out and replace with the Aisins?
3. Will I need to go back and get any of the inner hub parts to do the switch? I'm going to replace the inner hubs because of some wear and tear on the truck and whining from when the weather was really cold. My guess is water got inside and corrupted the grease and now they need to be done away with. I assume if I get a hub replacement kit that everything is there and I won't need to get parts from the donor?
Suggestions on where to source the inner hubs from? I assume if OEM is the answer here, Strap22 will get an IM.
And prices I should expect to pay for 'em? Or can I get them at the local NAPA or other parts store?
Are there any parts I'm going to need I'm not thinking of? Or for that matter, should I head back to the yard and cannibalize the remainder of that trucks front end? I'm already planning on going back next week for the CVs to have as backups. They charge a flat rate of $20 each for 'em. Worth it. I just didn't have time today to snag them.
Thanks guys!

1. Good deal
2. Perhaps if you swtich to warns. stick with Aisin, you can just remove the lock plate and put the hubs in its place.
3. No. Just take the lock plate off (cone washers) and swap the Manual hub on, and Viola! Manual hubs.
Just repack the bearings with new grease, should be all you need to do. If the bearings are toast, then replace them and talk to strap22

To remove ADD plate: dont forget to pop off the brass cap and get the 14 mm under there.
The reassembly is a little more involved putting the hub together, but is not that bad
You don't need the 54mm wheel nut socket to do the swap

Running the ADD gear here. Sorry, I should have clarified. Thanks, though.
Out of sheer curiosity, do I need any specialty tools other than the 54mm socket and a set of snap ring pliers to weasel these things out?
I'm doing a brake job up front at the same time, so I'll have everything apart. Any particulars you guys have found I should be aware of?

"ADD to manual hubs" or "Auto to manual hubs" - depedning on what you have - several write-ups on each with parts list and detailed how to
the same write-ups mention the exact size of the face plate bolts as well.

Went and picked them up. Home Hardware had them
Now I just need snap ring plyers so I can fully tear these things down!
Got the outside looking spiffy though. Put both of them back together temporarly but only 1 works good. Not bad for not knowing anything about hubs.
