Problems in low IDLE RPM (4Runner V6)

Hi Friends

I have 95 4Runner with 3L V6 Engine (3VZE)

I have a problem with keeping the idle rev in its natural range around 700-800RPM

After the car stops for 10 to 20 minutes, when I start it, the Engine rolls in idle of 100-400 RPM, until it stops, even if i'm starting to drive, each time I stoped, the Engine stop reving too

We check all the Air system, all the small vacum pipes, but nothing helps

Any recomendation, Please help

Lior
