I am about to take the top end off the 3VZE to replace another head gasket. What should I do while I have everything apart to make it faster, more efficient, reliable (ect).

I was thinking of buffing up the intake manifold and really cleaning everything up..

What does a port polish put out in terms of power. Is it worth it?

3.4 swaps is not an option...
