sourcing diff drain/filler plugs for BJ42 1983 - not 24mm, not imperial??

I am finding that the diff drain bolts and filler plug bolts are not really exactly 24mm - that size fits but tends to roll over - the 7/8 does not fit at all.

I have also heard that these plug bolts are tapered and do not require washers which may be why they have ended up super tight and one of them totally unremovable - going to have to plug weld it I think since I have mangled the filler plug for the rear.

Super Cheap don't seem to know what the story is.

Can anyone positively id these drain and filler bolts for me?

I would like to source new ones for both diffs if they are available...

Will
