Used Pro-Comp Stage 2 lift (Front)
Hey guys, I have a line on a used Pro Comp Stage 2 lift from a 2nd Gen 4 Runner. Since I have a pickup, I can really only use the front part. As far as I had seen it when it was on the vehicle (2nd gen with Chevy 4.3l V6 swap, 3" BL, and 35" mudders- no longer!)
It appeared to be in good shape. Anyhow, I was wondering what would be a fair price to pay. The kit for the 86-95 pickup is like +/- $800.00 new-So I am hoping not to pay any more than say $400. I love my truck, but with the AAL and shackles out back, the front end is just too low!

hey man-
the stage 2 lift is a bit more than 800. if i remember correctly, it was in about the 1200 range, dont quote me on that one. since you just want to front, i wouldnt pay more than 600 new, and then ..thinking its been used...around 400 seems like a fair deal. hope this helps

No more than 4 bills if it is only the front and used. How long was it on the truck?
I would shoot for $250 if it is an older kit for only the front and I would pay $400 if it was newer and in good shape.
So this is to help clearance all over?

Hmm. If I could get for $250 I sure will. I have to ask how long it was on the rig, and how old it is though. As far as I know, the rig was lifted so high and his front driveshaft was so out of whack that it didn't even have a front driveshaft on it-which means that it was unlikely that it was taken offroad. I remember that it was impressive looking for a poseur-mobile! I parked along side it once and couldn't even see the window since it was so high up! I could use some more ground clearance. It would also give me a reason to drop the front diff and throw a lock right in there too.
