4runner door panels in a 91 truck

Just wondering if anyone has the inner door panels from a 4runner in a truck.Shouldn't they just snap in??I'm putting power windows and it would be nice to have it look original,And I can use the other switches for something else.Anyone???

i think the doors are shorter on the 4runner, so i pretty sure they don't fit the truck
