Arctic Ocean Expedition '07

Expeditions West has developed a mini-site for our upcoming Arctic trip. We'll be logging well over 8,000 miles, ice climbing, dog sledding and driving on ice roads during this winter trip to Tuktoyaktuk, NWT. You can learn about the details and check in on our progress here:

Arctic Ocean Expedition

We are in the final weeks before our departure and have started posting some blogs, and equipment lists for the Toyota Tacoma and Chaser Trailer. It should be pretty wild

Thanks guys,

Blake - the chains are from Thule, which will be bringing them to the US market this fall I believe. If you follow the link and then click on "snow chains" it will take you to the site with more details on them. We'll be giving them a serious testing and evaluation on this trip.

I think that is going to be the only photo I get. They seem to be on a really tight schedule.
