Lets see your 3rd gen bumpers
Well over the past week are 4runner hit a gardrail. The damage isn't bad but I will need to get a new front bumper. So I want to see different pics of your guys bumpers. I can't decide if I want to put a stock one back on for now or just bump up to a costom one.

I had mine Line-X'd. Don't know if you have the color keyed ones or chrome or black, but the line-x way will probably be your most inexpensive route. I paid $60 to have my front and back sprayed. You will of course have to buy the metal replacement pieces and maybe the valance but the non-chrome ones are cheaper if you intend to paint/cover anyways.

I have the chrome one on there now but it is trashed. They did a great job on spraying your bumpers.

i have an ARB Sahara bar for a Toyota Prado, painted to match, and outfitted with some IPF 55W fog lights, IPF 130W driving lights, and a Warn M8000 winch.
http://4rnr.net
the bumper currently goes for about $1200 or so delivered.
the fogs are another $250-$300 and the driving lights another $300 on top of that.
the winch is extra on top of that along with paint. it originally comes in a dark-gray powder coat finish.

they are available in a narrow version (for the Tacoma; called an "ARB Bull Bar" for a Tacoma - imagine that...
) that fits well with either no flares or skinny fender flares, and they have the Prado version that fits well if you have the fat fender flares, as shown in the pic.

d'oh :pat: andy's right. i just like namedropping the prado LOL. yes, its a bullbar for the prado which isnt available in NA. Taco bull bar, as andy mentioned, is narrower but will still work with the runner.
yes, i love my bumper. as you can see in the pic i posted, it delivered excellent protection on the front passenger. the entrance to the trail pictured is very tight, and i was basically grinding my way in up against a 6' wall of dirt/rocks/roots. (the trail itself is called 6' under)
my rear bumper is stock, and bent to hell
until i get a new one made up...which should be soon. check out bamachem's rear bumper..its big pimpin'.
