I started my truck this morning. It was -10F. Started right up then shook like it wasn't firing on all cylinders and quit. I couldn't get it to start back.

What does this sound like? I never in put it in gear so I doubt it's anything too bad.

Any suggestions? This is my snow plow truck and I really need it.

Brrrrr -10, that's not the weather to out there working in. What did you find so far? Fuel, spark?

 

I did that once to a Buick LeSabre. Cracked the block

Also had a friend that cracked an engine mount with the same symptoms as your describing.

Hope for the latter.

 

Have spark. No sign of cracked block or motor mount.
