Question for the Norcal guys familiar with the Hollister Area

I'm gonna be at the Hollister meet on Saturday and the GF and I would like to make it a weekend trip. I was curious where a good place to stay Saturday night with something interesting to do around there. I plan on wheeling all day on Saturday but I wanted to do something a little more her style on Sunday. Any ideas..?? I see Gilroy has lots of Garlic and Cherries.. I was thinking about something in the Santa Cruz area but the weather is supposed to suck so don't think the coast is a very good idea... let's hear your ideas.

Does she like shopping? Gilroy has a gargantuan outlet mall! Monterey Bay Aquarium is another option, there are some nice drives in the mountains around Santa Cruz, Carmel is another cool town to visit, and if she likes artichokes Castroville.

Wine tasting in livermore.

If you're nerdy, the tech museum in San Jose.
