Id say that looks like the EGR system.

lookup EGR gasket 22r(e) 19xx

i got one off of Rockauto or partsgeek.com i believe

use permatex gasket maker, if your good at applying gaskrt maker its really the same.

 

That set of tubes is part of the exhaust manifold air injection / air suction system. The EGR passages on the exhaust side are inside the head casting itself.

The gasket you have pictured is called "Gasket, Air Tube, No. 2" (I know, very descriptive!) reference number is 17377 in the diagram below.

With a sheet of gasket material from the auto parts store and literally 2 minutes of your time you can fabricate it. put the gasket paper on the part, lightly tap with a ball peen hammer and it will "mark" the edges where you need to cut with scissors/razor blade. otherwise, it's like a $2 gasket.

 

I got one from 22REPerformance for $7, I think being 3 inches away from the exhaust manifold and then running directly in it I will go ahead and put the correct high temp gasket in there.
