Hey everybody, I want to run 33 in all terrains on my 95 4runner with the stock rims...I know its cutting it close, does anyone have any experience with this set up, and?or pictures and thread?

i would try a 33x10.50 tire

 

12.50 is too wide for a 7" rim. Plus it would look wierd. I agree with running a 10.50

 

I already have the 12.5s and yes I do have a 4 in nw offroad lift to clear the tires if anyone was curious

 

Ya but the 10.5s are to skinny and tipsy...I guess I gotta get some new rims huh!

 

I ran 33x12.5 Pro-Comp X-terrains on my stock rims for over a year....no problems at all.

The problem will be that you will have to run at a low pressure to get even wear, and that's gonna cost you gas money. Or you can buy rims.

OR you could sell the 12.50's and the lift, and use that to pay for the 10.50's and be done.

 

7" is a little skinny for a 12.50" tire but it would be fine.

The only place I could see there being an issue is rubbing the UCA with the tire sidewall. Generally those 4" lift kits require a wheel that sticks out farther to clear the drop spindles...or something like that.
