Anyone going on Sierra trek this year?

what up norcal. i recently picked up a stock 96 4runner and am looking to do some modest modifications to it inculding a lift, lc wheels and larger rubber. could you guys point me to a good shop here in san francisco / bay area.

I just picked up a 1989 4runner.....Feeling nostalgic for an '87 that I had 15 years ago that finally failed on me. The '89 will need a little work, but is overall in good shape. The exterior has been rhino lined and has diamond plate trim at the lower quarter. The engine has been replaced and has about 70,000 miles. The only issue I see is that it is idling rough at 900. I am tempted to turn up the idle as a temporary fix, does anyone know what the issue could be?

in stockton picked up a 1990 4wd a year ago. having trouble removing upper transmission bolt, 2nd above slave piston. any suggestions?
