run time error

run time error
Greetings Exactly what is a run time error and how do you fix it
Everytime I click the Juno icon (my weak ISP) to log on, I get a run time error. How do you stop them and fix them thanks

Run time means it just happened while running- there should be more detailed info after clicking a "details" button. What Windows version?

I'd say probably a file is corrupted in that application, so remove it then reinstall it. If you run low on memory, a runtime will come up too, but you should be able to run Juno....
