Anyone here have a web-enabled phone?

Ok, So my cell phone was ablitirated on tuesday... it was flip phone and in the act of sliding down about 10 or so steps, it was torn in half. So i went to cingular and since Im still on my parents plan (they get free service <- cant beat that) I couldnt get a new phone without renewing a contract that i couldnt. so that means i would have to pay full price for a phone... ummm no way! so i went to looking on ebay. I found a super nice motorola MXP 200. Cingular setup plus unlocked. Got the whole thing for $65 with a bunch of accessories.

So my question is, is that, the phone allows for web access (email, web pages and junk). So do I need a special plan inorder to access the web on the phone, or what? I really dont need the access, but it would be fun to play around with when im bored. I needed just a basic phone, but i saw it and took a chance. I figure what comes of it comes of it. anyone out there familar with this? also, the phone works on a windows based program. is this program easy to use or should i have just went with an easier phone?

If you don't have a phone plan that includes media time, you'll get charged for using it. You can get a plan that includes a media package, i think they're 10.00 and up depending on how much time you want to spend on the net, but they don't charge by the time spent but the data transferred. If your plan on using the phone for the internet at any extended rate, you'll want to get a high plan cause you'll rack up alot of transferred data alot quicker than you'd think.

BTW, that's a great deal for that phone. It used to cost over $200 w/ rebates but it hasn't been as popular as Motorola expected.
