I don't know if it is the same setup as a CVA-1005 Alpine monitor but that monitor required the foot and parking break input as well. From what I have learned you have two options. The one I wouldn't recommend is using switches and a power source. Basically you connect both lines to a power source and put a switch on both lines as well. Then you switch them on and off in sequence to unlock the monitor. The best option is using a bypass module (link below). All you have to do is do a quick programming sequence and the connect it to the foot and hand brake lines and the remote turn on line. Works really well for me (CVA-1005).
This is the link for what I used, and I believe it should work for your application. You can probably pick it up at a local audio shop, but it is much easier to find it online.

Call alpine today and the tech guy was very nice and helpful! He ever told me what color the two wire were. E-Brake (light Green) Foot Brake (green w/white strip). This baby is AWESOME!!! I don't like how high the monitor is .I want to take the bracket out and modify it so the pocket is on top instead of the bottom. and it 'll be ever with the hump on the top speedo cluster. My next mod is a set of alpine TME-M580 rear head rest monitor. and then swapping out all 6 speaker with alpine SPR-176A component. with a MRV F-450 running them.
